Health and safety

All brushes and makeup products are kept up to a very high standard of hygiene therefore If any member of the party, guest or vender uses any products brought by the artist without permission and results in that product not being sanitary anymore. The cost of the item will be sent by invoice to bride / client and must be paid infill within 30 days of the wedding date.

Guests must completely disclose any allergies and sensitivities to their artist in the booking form provided. I will not be held liable for any adverse reactions to makeup/skincare/treatments this must be done so I can prepare my kit accordingly. Discounts cannot not be given on services if you want to use your own products on the day. I also cannot be held liable for the performance and longevity of those product. I have full public liability insurance to protect both myself and the client.

You consent that all photos taken during your service can be used for advertisement or social media including but not restricted to my Facebook, Instagram, and website. If you prefer not to have photos taken or posted, please let me know prior to your service.

 

Wedding deposits and trial payments:

when you initially book your date will have a provisional 2 week hold for your date, in which you will have to fill out an information form so I can draff a contract. If you are happy with the contract, then to confirm your booking and secure your date you will have to sing the contract and 50% of total payment is required as a deposit. All trials are paid for in full with the booking deposit. The last half of the payment will be due at the trial 4 weeks before the event date or at your trial. Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of my T & C's. For large bookings, an assistant fee will be added to the deposit.

 

Event deposits and trial payments:

To confirm your booking and secure your date 50% of total payment is required as a deposit. All trials are paid for in full with the booking deposit. The last half of the payment will be due 1 week before your event. Bookings made with less than 1 week until the event are payable in full upon booking to secure the date.

 

Deposits and dates requests

Dates are given on a first come first serve basis. A date cannot be held without a deposit fee and the requested date will still be open to other enquiries in the meantime. Failure to make payments within the agreed time frame, may result in the cancelation of your booking.

Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of my T & C's. All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit is so I secure the date for you and subsequently turn down other enquiries for that date. If cancellation is due to special circumstances, you may be able to transfer your deposit to another event or date if I am available all transfers are down to my discretion. I will try and cater to your needs as much as I can.
 

Add on‘s 

If you decide to add extra services to your booking; please let me knows soon as possible so I can accommodate it on the day. I will not be able to add extras if 

I am not informed beforehand, as I will have allocated my time accordingly. All changes to a booking, need to be made via email and by the bride/client only. Once the request to change your booking has been accepted, 50% of the total payment is required and the remaining amount is due when you pay your last half of your original bill. If the request is after you have paid in full the full amount will be required on acceptance.

 

Travel costs. 

Any location less than 30 minutes’ drive from my base will be free of charge. Locations between 30 to 45 minutes’ drive from my base will come at an extra £20 cost to pay for time and travel expenses. Locations between 45 to 60 minutes’ drive from my base will come at an extra £30 cost to pay for time and travel expenses. Locations more than 60 minutes from my base will be considered an all-day event and will come at an extra £75 cost and will be classed as an all-day event. All trains, cabs or parking fees are payable in full before the service will be carried out. 
 

Adding of another stylist

One or more assistant artists will be required for large bookings under these variations:

Bookings that exceed 4x hair and makeups or 6 individual hair and/or makeup services.

When there isn’t enough time to get everyone ready in the available time frame.

If the venue has access time restrictions.

To offer a later/more relaxed start time.

The fee to book and secure an assistant artist for the wedding/event day is Negotiable upon enquiry. If an assistant is needed for a trial - travel will be charged as per the travel costs stated above.
 

Trials

Trials are required for the bride (unless under special circumstances) but optional for the bridal party. In the unfortunate event that you, or any of your party, decide after your trial that you are not satisfied, please send me an email (g.wstyling@hotmail.com) so that any issue can be resolved. If you want to book another trial it will need to be booked and paid for in full. Refunds cannot be given on work that has already been carried out.

 

Refunds

Refunds are subject to pacific situations. If during the trial or service, you don’t like the work that is done please make vocal your opinions and I will do my best to accommodate you. Full refunds will never be given on services that have already been carried out due to products costs that have been used. All deposits are non-refundable if you have paid in full then 50% of the no trial coast will be refunded. Once you have gotten your 1-week reminder and conformation then no refunds will be given. If you are not happy after the trial and would like to cancel, then half of the non-trial payments that have been collected will be refunded. 

 

Set up and delays. 

To carry out all hair and makeup services, I will need a minimum of; a cleared table/flat surface to set up on, along with an access to plugs. 15 minutes is allocated to set up and be ready in time to start services. If suitable conditions are not provided, I cannot be held responsible for delays or loss of times due to this. If one of your party members are late to their appointment, I also cannot be held responsible for delays that may come from this.

 

Late Fees and Cancellation 

On the day of the booking if you are running late, I will try and accommodate your situation, however after 45 minutes there will be a late fee of £20 and after 1 and a half hours you will be charged £40, or the possibility of the booking being cancelled. 

late payment fess will be added if the payment isn’t paid within 1 week after the agreed date this will be a fee of £50. If the full payment with the late fee isn’t made within the next week you risk the cancelation of your booking. 

The waving of the late fee and cancellations will be at my discretion depending on your situation and any other booking I may have that day.   

Any cancellations made before the trial after and your deposit is paid and dates are agreed that is unfortunately non-refundable, however if you would like to cancel but rebook for the same treatments on a different date then your deposited will be transferable if this is done 4 weeks before the original date. 

If the artist feels uncomfortable in anyway or comes subject to abuse, the artist has the right to terminate the booking without a refund.

If the artist experiences unforeseen delays during the booking, which are out of their control, refunds will not be given. No refunds/compensation will be given in the event of delays caused by wedding party members, guests, or vendors. Adequate time is allocated to every party member. If you suspect any member of the bridal party will pose a challenge to the timeline, they are encouraged to have a trial to avoid delays.
